The LICZYK accounting office

Liczyk has been in existence since 1993, providing accounting services to whoever needed them. The rapid development of private enterprise in the years immediately following 1990 persuaded us to set up an office that could assist others in wrestling with accounting and tax problems. People had confidence in us, trusting us not only with documents but also much commercially sensitive information. The rapid growth of the firm was brought about solely by client satisfaction. We started out as a small family firm, without capital.

Currently, we provide a comprehensive tax and accounting service to over 700 entities, over a range of business types. Our client base includes small, one-person companies, taxed on a revenue basis, as well as large joint-stock companies. Each of our clients is for us the most important, and we are constantly telling our employees that "We are here for our clients, and not the other way round".

Despite the fact that we now have several dozen employees, working in several departments, we still try to maintain an approachable style. Our clients do not feel like nameless visitors at government offices, and we see them rather as good acquaintances, whom we assist in the running of their business.

We are familiar with the specific characteristics of all types of business entity, since our clients are not only commercial bodies but also associations, foundations, housing cooperatives, chambers of commerce and representative offices.

We happily provide help to all in the solving of complex tax problems. Often, thanks to us, clients have extricated themselves from very difficult conflicts with tax offices. We employ a skilled and educated workforce of almost 80 people, who make use of modern computer software in their work; we also see to it that our employees systematically raise the level of their qualifications, and that they remain up-to-date with professional issues. Every year, a few young graduates of the schools of economics have an opportunity to spend several-month-long accounting practice periods in our firm, allowing them to bring the theory they learned in school face-to-face with actual practice, and helping them embark upon their professional careers.

At our office, you can arrange most of the formalities in connection the establishment or winding up of any firm. We provide our clients with advice and representation at government offices. The range of services we provide is augmented by the law firms, notaries and auditors that collaborate with us. And the more prudent amongst us can insure themselves or their belongings with leading insurance companies.
