Receivables purchase

In accordance with the verdict of Regional Administrative Court in Poznań of 6 November 2009 file No. I SA/Po 628/09 concerning an issue of receivables purchase

Buying receivables at a lower price in order to collect them independently is a typical receivables transfer agreement. It can not be classified to debt collection service or factoring.
